Winter wonderland in the north today

The first snow of this winter arrived yesterday in the north and the weather forecast for the next few days looks pretty cold for the whole of Iceland. We always recommend that our passengers bring warm and suitable clothes, due to rapid changes of weather in Iceland.
Even though weather is looking great at the beginning of your trip, It´s not guaranteed that it will stay like that.

The winter in Iceland can be fantastic. The landscape is even more beautiful than in summer, when everything is covered with ice and snow. Therefore it´s easy to take great pictures in Icelandic winter nature and the Northern Lights are even more visible at night.
