FAB Travel takes in an intern from Lettland for the summer.
Atis Everss is 21 years old student from Lettland. Right now he has finished his second year of Tourist Guide- Travel and Event Manager program, Faculty of Social Sciences at Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences.
After receiving motivationa letter and CV we decided to give him a chance to prove himself and signed a three way training agreement between Vidzeme University of Applied Sciences and Atis.
Atis has been in Iceland since 30th of May and will stay here untill end of the summer. So far Atis has been a useful help in office and has sucesffuly shown his guiding skills both in Golden Circle and lake Myvatn tours.
"Vidzeme University of Applied science offers a chance through Erasmus program to go on a internship abroad. When I saw the list of countries I already knew I wanted to go to Iceland because that has been my dream for a very long time. I Thought that there isn't a better place to go and get experiance in tourism especialy as guide than Iceland. So far it has been simply remarcable here and I have to say many thanks to FAB Travel".
